Refunds
Refund Policy
When you can get a refund, when you cannot, and how to ask.
The short version
Digital content is generally non-refundable once delivered. We process refunds only when required by law, when the purchase channel's rules (e.g. App Store / Google Play) require it, when the service failed to deliver what it described, or to correct a payment error.
When you can get a refund
We process refunds only in these cases:
- where a law explicitly requires a refund (for example, where consumer-protection regulations make it mandatory);
- where the purchase channel (App Store / Google Play, etc.) rules determine a refund is required;
- where a service fault prevents the purchased benefits from working as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
- where there was a billing error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount (we refund the overcharged amount).
Subjective reasons such as "not worth it", "didn't help", or "changed my mind" are not refund grounds.
When you cannot get a refund
A refund does not apply when:
- the chart, reading or report has already been generated and delivered (digital content counts as used once delivered);
- a subscription period has already been consumed (for example, a monthly subscription has entered its second month);
- the account was terminated for violating the Terms of Service;
- the purchase was repeated for speculative, abuse or farming purposes.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your account email, the order number if you have one, and the reason. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Purchases made through an app store (App Store / Google Play) follow that store's own refund process.
An honest boundary
ANMONI's paid reports and features are now live. By purchasing, you agree to the refund rules on this page: digital content is generally non-refundable once delivered, and we process refunds only where required by law, required by the purchase channel's rules, where the service failed to deliver what it described, or to correct a payment error.
