By using ANMONI, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

ANMONI provides personalized interpretation services based on birth time data (the "Service"), including the website, mobile application, and related services. The Service is for self-reflection and cultural exploration. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict events.

The Service includes both free and paid features. Paid features include, but are not limited to, one-time purchases, subscription-based premium content, and personalized in-depth interpretations. Specific paid content is as displayed on the service page.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the Service.

3. User Accounts & Security

4. Paid Services & Subscriptions

  • The Service includes paid features (one-time purchases, subscription models). Prices are as displayed on the service page, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period. After cancellation, you may continue to use purchased paid content until the end of the current period.
  • Our refund policy is detailed on the separate Refund Policy page. Purchases made through an app store (App Store / Google Play) are subject to that store's refund rules.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the content, pricing, and features of paid services at any time, with prior notice to paid users.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of the Service (including but not limited to text, images, algorithms, software, design, layout, audio, video) is protected by intellectual property laws. 8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13. Entire Agreement
